I need an explanation for this Law question to help me study.

After reading Chapter 10, I was taken back by one small, but informative, aspect of the reading. On page 335 Hickey describes the important question that has not been answered in measuring the extent of serial murder: According to Quinet (2007) there are an estimated 30,000 to 40,000 missing persons in the US. In other words, we have no idea what happened to these individuals. Could they be a victim of serial murder? If so, this is staggering and means we have clearly underestimated the depth of serial murder in the US.

Your job this module:

Consider and propose actions that could prevent individuals from becoming victims of serial murder in the first place. What types of campaigns could be done to educate potential victims? Who should be involved?

To answer the above question, use the knowledge you gained from chapter 10, and the following resources, to develop your insightful and thoughtful post.
