FULL TOPIC: In the 1990’s Disney America was set to open in Florida. The proposed theme park was supposed to tell the story of the United States. The theme park was not opened. Debates over what and how historical events would be represented doomed the project. Historical and collective memory, historical interpretation and public history took center stage in the debate.  Please watch the videos (Click on the video) and the linked articles. After viewing the videos and reviewing the articles answer the questions below. Your initial response should be at least 300 words.
