Imagine you have been asked to give a speech to a group of Temple students on whether the state of Pennsylvania should follow New York’s or Arkansas’ lead, or some other path. Currently, one way that SCOTUS might overturn Roe v. Wade is by upholding a fetal heartbeat law (such as those recently passed in Alabama, Mississippi, and Ohio) outlawing abortions after 6 weeks.
