Order Description
Once over the course of the term, each student will write a summary of the discussion that has taken place during one of their groups weekly discussion forums.
The report will be written in prose (point form will not be accepted) and summarize the content of what has taken place in the tutorial for that week.
The report needs to be 2-3 pages in length, 12 pt font with an aIDitional MLA works cited page if necessary
Your TA will assign the discussion report to one student each week.
Students will summarize the key point of their groups discussion and then relate it to the readings and lecture.
Students may also use the discussion report as an opportunity to "editorialize" expand on their own ideas and opinions and/or constructively debate the opinions of their peers.
This assignment is worth 15% of your final grade.
Once your TA has assigned you a Discussion Forum to report on, a due date will be determined which is due five days later.
