Discuss whether the results of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale and the Multidimensional Anger Test suggest something you did not already think about when it comes to depression and anger. Describe anything you found to be helpful.
Regarding the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale – I was not surprised regarding my results. I scored a 7 out of 60 total points. The higher end would mean that I am likely depressed or have similar issues. I do not feel depressed so there was no surprise.
Regarding the Multidimensional Anger Test, my two highest scores were regarding Anger Spectrum and internal Anger. The Internal Anger did not surprise me. I have always been afraid of conrontation and usually try to hide it to make other feel better. I guess the Anger Spectrum is a little surprising that I scored a 75% when the average population scored much lower. i know I can be averse to change, but didnt know if affected me this much.
