In short, Kolb’s model describes: A concrete experience, followed by reflective observation, will enable a person to form concepts and generalizations from the experience. This experience then enables the person to actively experiment with these concepts and generalizations in new situations (thus, the experiential learning).

My new experience is

that when I was working NGCSC clinic there was a female doctor who was in charge of the clinic, and we usually accepting walk in patient according to the policy that was set by the department, one day she was in charge of the clinic and one of her relative came as walk didn’t know at that time but she didn’t fit the criteria to be accepted as walk in. I asked her to book an appointment. After that I received a call from the female doctor ordering me to accept the patient, I told her that it is against policy why would I accept her , she said because I said so .she insist while I refuse ,we contact the director who was on her side. I insist to refuse. They file a complaint against me. After investigation the clinic decided that I was right.
