Please do not attempt unless you are confident with the mental health nursing field. I require two 500 word reflections on achievement of two of the European Union Nursing Directives (EU) of your choice. It is recommended that you use a model of reflection to structure your work. Gibbs (1988) or Johns (1995) are examples of commonly used models. Each reflective piece must be supported with at least 3 references, one of which must be from a peer reviewed journal. You can make links from your practice experiences to your theoretical learning in your reflection (please research what mental health nursing students learn by working in acute and PICU wards in the UK.
