During this week, we have explored the concepts of ethics and the multicultural organization, ethical
standards for conduct, and other leadership and organizational approaches to ethics and the global
marketplace. In addition to the course materials, research scholarly or professional journal articles and
case studies to identify:
1) one global organization that is recognized for demonstrating exemplary ethical leadership
and/or organizational attributes within the last five years, and
2) one global organization that is recognized for demonstrating questionable or undesirable
ethical leadership and/or organizational attributes within the last five years.
Prepare a 1000-word minimum APA formatted paper, excluding the title page, abstract, and references
pages, that addresses the following objectives:
1) Identify, describe, analyze, and evaluate how and why your chosen global organization
demonstrates exemplary ethical leadership and/or organizational attributes.
2) Identify, describe, analyze, and evaluate how and why your chosen global organization
demonstrates questionable or undesirable ethical leadership and/or organizational attributes.
3) Summarize what knowledge has been gained from this assessment, and examine its importance
and relevance to global ethical corporate citizenship.
Be sure to use specific examples and at least three credible sources in addition to those provided with
the course material to support and illustrate your findings for each organization.
