Paper must be typed using 12-pt font and 1 inch margins, and must not exceed three double-spaced typed pages. Please write in essay format, but also indicate which questions you are answering. According to the labeling theory or Marxist theory definitions of crime, would you conclude that a crime occurred? Why or why not?
3. In the U.S., African American and Latino men are more likely to be victims of violence and to be arrested at higher rates for violent crime than white men. Using research discussed in lecture and course readings, how would you explain these findings.
