2. Identify key problems and develop a list of three needed areas of change.
3. Then, for each area, describe the problem, propose a change, and note the individuals (by title of position) who will be impacted by the change.
4. In your paper present how you will work to secure stakeholder buy-in for each of the change initiatives you suggest.
5. Be sure to present a research based rationale for your recommendations.
