Read the State v. Ulvinen case on pages 134-136 (136-138 in 4th ed) of our textbook and then answer discussion questions 1, 2 and 3 at the end (on page 136).
For your second post in this forum, we will compare compare You Decide 6.1 to State v. Ulvinen. Read You Decide 6.1 What did the men in the bar do that could be considered aiding and abetting? How do those facts compare to what the mom did in the Ulvinen case? Should the result of the two cases be the same or different?
