Working in a group that is geographically dispersed brings challenges to a project. Discuss
the strengths and weaknesses of the way your group performed.
In your response, consider the specific contribution of each of your group members in about
100 words per member, including yourself. Your discussion should include, but not be
limited to, how each member communicated and participated. Make sure you highlight
specific strengths or weaknesses of each member, any conflicts or non-participation from any
member, any specific actions that your group took against a nonparticipating member.
Also, in about 200 words, describe the biggest lesson learned during this group exercise and
how you could use this lesson in future teamwork scenarios.
My answer: (Change it to more for professional)
It is hard to work in a group when you never met or know them before. Since this virus
happen, we have to work together online. We decided to create a group chat to connect with
each other. We managed to do zoom call twice. First to decide who do which part and discuss
the content of our answers. Second zoom call was to discuss our answers and see our
progress. We help each other out.
Jelena (me): Next time I will try to be better at speaking up, shy a bit, get the works done.
Max: okay, get the works done.
Michael: a little bit bossy, likes to be in control of everything, talks a lot, get the works done.
Kyliena: reply late, but get the works done.
