1. In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as a leader of your organization
(can be any type of organization, not necessarily healthcare), what organizational
behaviour would you implement? For example, would you put out a work-from-home
policy? If so, how would you manage all departments and ensure that work is being
completed? Or would you continue to work on site but set up the logistics to ensure
social distancing? How would teams complete group tasks? How would you maintain
energy, momentum and a positive, productive workplace given the circumstances?
What would compensation structures look like, if this virus took away profits from the
organization and it impacted the motivation of your staff?
