Write a review of the literature relating, comparing and contrasting the key ideas around the role of unions, in the context of equality, gender, race, and class. Part 2 Based on the review of the literature develop a research hypothesis/ a research question that you could legitimately pursue justifying the importance of the question. Part 3 Based on the literature relate at least two readings to your own experience of work (with/without union).
