Must use peer-reviewed info for citations. This is a persuasive essay for why tipping should be eliminated and servers/waiters/waitresses should be paid a set wage. Even if this means that the prices on the menu increase. Just as an idea, it could include moral reasons, economic justification, the fact that some people don’t tip fairly, etc. Thank you!

- Persuasive Essay (150 points)
Due March 12th at 11:59pm ET
This is a far more standard essay than the previous assignment.
Clearly, from the name, the purpose here is to persuade your audience (me) of something. You’ll have freedom of topics.
Remember the “write what you know” video. Write what you feel. Find a topic that is appealing to you, and that you are genuinely interested in.
Choose a stance on this topic. Use dependable evidence to support your perception of this topic, and in a sense “sell” it to me. You want to give validation to your belief of the topic, and lead me to reach the same conclusion, without an overbearing force to it. Be subtle in your persuasions.
It should be in a proper essay format.
Include:
A title
Introduction
Thesis
Body/supporting evidence
Conclusion
Use at least 2 peer-reviewed academic journals from ACTC library databases
(There will be instructions on how to access these)
