4425 System Analysis and Design –Group project proposal

This project is to analyze and design an information system acquisition for a small or medium sized organization. The organization must be real and approachable. Small business with little IT support is ideal, but independent or franchise convenience stores/corner stores/property management companies are not eligible for this group project. Only the proposal section is required 1) Title page (1.1) All group members’ names. (1.2) The title of the project. (2) Project description (2.1) The background of the organization. (2.2) The problems or opportunities with the business requirements and business processes. (2.3) The objective of the project. (2.4) The context diagram of the as-is system.
