I’m trying to learn for my Social Science class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

Between the ages of 6 and 12 both of parents were working. My father worked the graveyard shift and my mother was a substitute teacher and a fulltime student completing her B.A in child development and teaching credentials. When I was in kindergarten and first grade I went to my elementary schools before and after school program and their program staff is who cared for me. From second to 6^th grade my father was able to pick me up from school or grandparents. I would do homework with my mom or one of grandparents once I was picked up after school. As I got older, I did not need much assistance in completing my homework. During this time(6-12 years) I spent time inside, but I spent most of time outdoors either playing with the neighborhood kids, in our backyard, or family camping trips during breaks and the occasional weekend. From time to time I did send time with my peers outside of school more so as I got older. When reflecting on these experiences I feel like they had appositive influence on my development. I feel like I was/am more independent than most children at the age.
