My career plan
A career plan is very useful for one to determine on the interests and skills that one wants to develop by developing a career plan one is able to gauge on the career path that best suits ones talents and helps to nurture ones skills and ambition. It is for this reason that i choose to prepare a five-year career plan on how i plan to further my doctorate in nursing practise and practice in a position of a Doctor in Nursing practice
A career in nursing is a field that offers a wide variety of positions that one can pursue. Nursing is a wonderful career where one is given an opportunity that comes with amazing responsibilities (Lenz et al, 2004). A nurse is given the opportunity to help patients as they further their knowledge in the medicine field. Unlike many professions, nursing offers one a variety of educational paths for those who wish to return for an advanced education career path.
