Medication Errors
Introduction
Medical errors have been the casue of death to many patients and even in the complication of other conditions in the medical field. Nursing is a noble profession in which the lives of patients are at the hands of the professional nurses (Brown, 2011). However, sometimes there are errors which make the purpose not exactly as it would have been wanted.some common errors in nursing include failure of nurses to record all procedures that the patient has undergone and even medications taken so that when the nurses change shift, the next one could easily assume that something such as injection of the medication and that makes it an overdose. This short essay seeks to project some of the common medical errors in nursing and the medication rights.
