Your organizations CEO is a little skeptical about sustainability and hired you in response to outside pressure. The CEO has asked you to identify a product, program or service and design a simple, brief business model for it. Send him a memorandum detailing the business plan for the product, program and service and a sustainability strategy for how to improve its performance. Be sure to consider the specifics of your organizations field and its position in that field.
