• For each method that you identify, evaluate the challenges and opportunities for ordinary people to actually engage in it.
• For each method that you identify, evaluate the likelihood that this activity will actually have an impact upon public policy. Discuss this in terms of (a) an individual acting alone, and (b) lots of people coordinating their activities. Make sure to give actual historical examples to illustrate your points.
• Discuss at least 3 additional methods of participation in the American political system that are available mostly to wealthy individuals.
• For each method that you identify, evaluate the likelihood that this activity will actually have an impact upon public policy. • Evaluate the extent to which the American political system is responsive disproportionately to the interests of the wealthy.

• Include a bibliography (a 7th page) with full citations for your sources. Your bibliography should follow MLA or APA or Chicago style—your choice.
