A 750-word paper detailing the individual experience of giving up something of value to the student for 1 weekend. The student will select some substance, food, behavior, or habit and remain abstinent from it for 72 hours. Journal experiences, thoughts, feelings, and actions in relation to the abstinence process and chronicle it in a paper for submission.
