He identified drugs of choice as marijuana and cocaine last used as 07/04/20. He used 1.5-gram three-time weekly. Client denied history medical conditions. The client presents with a depressed mood. He reported he does not have interest in doing things, not sleeping well, feeling restless, or sad. He reported that he started using drugs to help with mood. The . At the time of assessment, the client denied any current thought, plan, or intent to harm himself or others. No delusions and hallucinations observed or reported.
