Header that includes your last name and space followed by the pages number in the upper right hand corner, one half inch from the top and flush with the right margin, numbering all pages consequently with Arabic numerals, suppressed on the first page only. Your name your professors name class and section number and date of submission in the top left-hand corner of the first page.
