After watching the budget webinar, reading about President Trump’s budget, and viewing the webinar on where our tax dollars go,

Discuss the differences between the budget proposals presented (President Trump’s budget, house, senate, progressive caucus.)
How do budget priorities reveal differing values and ideological perspectives (collectivist vs. individualist) among these groups? Please explain what you mean.

(KEEP in mind that this is from the prior year and the President’s Budget was President Obama’s budget proposal). President Trump’s budget proposal is at the NY Times reading above. The other proposals are still relevant (House, Senate, and Congressional Progressive Caucus) as these have not changed very much.
