The college ICT department, procurement office together with the college internet provider have the authority to approve this proposal since it substantially touches on these departments.

Lowering of the tuition fees and making of better fee payment plan for the students. This will help in accommodating even the less privileged students within the college. This is in consideration that the amount of tuition fee is high and reducing it or making accommodative payment plans with the students who have difficulties raising the fees can greatly help them. The college management board together with the finance department have the authority and power to approve this proposal.

Expounding on the work learning based program to increase the number of hours that students spend at work rather than on learning. The program should also diversify into the works that students can do and include jobs where students stipend for normal expenditures. However, the works should be concerning or applicable to the course of study. The work leaning program learning coordinator has the authority and power to approve this proposal.
