This assignment will address the fifth step in preparing for the Final Paper assignment, creating a draft of your Final Paper.

Write a one to three-page (500-700 words) paper reporting on a personal analysis of career choice and successful career orientation based on personality.

Create the paper in the “APA Interactive Paper Template Including Reference Section” loaded on your computer.

Complete the following:

Describe the Big Five Personality Trait or Traits that you feel best describe you. Apply these to a choice of vocation.

https://www.verywellmind.com/the-big-five-personal… – These are the 5 traits. Please use Agreeableness and Extraversion. They apply to me because i believe i would fit in as a public speaker or politician. I love people and being in front of them and also love putting them in a better mood.

Describe your orientation to individualism or collectivism or some combination of each. Apply this orientation to your choice of vocation; and describe in what way you will engage these traits for success in the workplace.

I prefer Individualisme over collectivism. I don’t mind working in teams, but I feel that i get more done and really hold myself accountable when i get a task done on my own and in my own way.

Choose 3 of the Personality Assessment Measures that you feel best describe you and report the results; describe how you could use these results to achieve success in the workplace.

I chose Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale because I have always felt like i wasnt good enough and want to change that. The report was accurate in stating that I do not have a high self esteem or believe in myself when i should. I chose Defensive Pessimism Scale because I know i can get in my own way at times. I value that I am careful in my decisions, but I also do not want to miss out onopportunities because I am pessimistic. The third one I chose is the Personality Type A/B Test. I have results that say I am type A. I like this because I stay to a schedule and it really helps me get all my professional and schoolwork done on time. I admit that it hurts me when i try to change things though.

Describe your overall sense of how helpful or not such a personality analysis may be in enabling success in the workplace.

it is helpful if you want to change, but do not know where to tart. These tests can help pinpooint the exact areas you may need work or help in.
