Read the entire report, “National Research and Development Strategy for Microbial Forensics.”
The document was drafted in 2009, and is almost a decade old. At the end of 2018, President Trump released his own National Biodefense Strategy. This report doesn’t explicitly mention bioforensics, but we know that within the agencies, this work is still being done. Take a look at some aspect of this document and write a summary of activities that need to be performed to bring us to the objective. Compare/contrast with the previous report. Place the section(s) that you are investigating into your subject heading to prevent overlap. We’ll check back throughout the week to see what is good and what isn’t in terms of the progress made in this important area.
