My Current Research Mind-Set
After undertaking this course, I now understand that research intelligence is not something that comes by chance, but something which can be developed and natured through practice. This has motivated me to work hard with the aim of learning more and getting smarter in research. After undertaking this research, challenges are no longer setbacks as they used to be, but opportunities that will enable growth in my research skills and intellect, which enables me to attain higher goals and achievements. With this, am in a position to collaborate and support my colleagues other than flying solo. As this is the way I can strengthen my own practices, other than blaming others for the already happened mistakes (Stepitup2thrive.org 1998).
