• Roger and Vicki married in 2012. At that time, Roger was 21 years old. Vicki was 17. One child, Nicholas was born of their marriage. Vicki is now seeking to divorce Roger because of marital difficulties. Should Vicki be seeking an annulment or a divorce? Would your response be different if Roger were seeking to end the marriage?
