health promotion need that has not yet been addressed.
Your essay should discuss the following key areas:
Outline the need area, including rationales for its selection
Identify the health risk factors the plan aims to promote
Identify the target group the plan is aimed at, and why they are most at risk
Identify how the health promotion plan will improve health outcomes for the targeted group
How you will disseminate this information to your target group (both verbal & non verbal
communication strategies)
