Introduction
According to the right of living standard for every individual has the right of a good health, social services and medical care[1]. This further facilitate that the individual has the right for such services under the circumstances of unemployment, sickness, disability, old age, widowhood and other circumstances that might arise which are beyond their control. All this aspects are covered under the international human right treaties under U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Right (1948), Article 25. This article clearly states that every human being has the right to adequate living standards that covers good health for family and self, food, shelter, clothing, medical care, social services[2]. Furthermore, the living standards also stresses on the right of security in the circumstances of sickness, old age, widowhood, disability, unemployment and other unforeseen or unintended consequences that are beyond the control of an individual[3].
