Im stuck on a Political Science question and need an explanation.
First: In your own words, what is a “PAC”? What role do PACs play in campaigns and elections? Compare PACs to “Super PACs.” How do they differ? Why is this difference significant?
Second: Discuss the significance of the Citizens United v. FEC and McCutcheon et al. v. FEC Supreme Court decisions. In both, what was the Court’s central argument regarding the role of money in elections?
