Now, bottled water is something that isalways going to be useful to us because when we travel,we can take it with us when we jog we can take it with us. So afterreviewing the case, I think publicresources should be limited to reasonable uses. The settlement which statesthat Nestle could withdraw 250 gallons per minute from the spring was fair. By building the plant helped people toget jobs. I think Nestle and the community to compromise that would havebenefit both. By them opening the facilityand by boosting the economy did help the community. If I were in charge ofdeveloping a plan for the company first thing I would do research on how itwould harm or benefit the community. I would open new positions, and hire more people so that it will ensure productivity.
