1. Describe at least 2 healthy behaviors that people tend to have trouble with establishing and/or maintaining. Provide an example for each; you can reference personal experiences (if you feel comfortable) or general observations of society.
2. Identify the psychological principles that are involved in the pursuit of the healthy behaviors you selected and explain the ways in which these factors can influence someone’s pursuit of these healthy behaviors.
3. Do you think an individual’s involvement in social media could truly play a role in their physical or mental health? Explain your reasoning and feel free to reference any personal experiences you have had with social media’s influence.
