It’s time to practice your focus and memory! For this discussion, you are going to watch a video that has a memory and attention game. It is VERY important that you understand the instructions.

The memory game is going to test your memory of the alphabet and your attention. If you do not understand the instructions, then pause and replay the video before going on with the game. If you need to write out the alphabet and have that in front of you, then you can do that too.

1. Watch the National Geographic Video: Maintain Your Focus and play along. Be sure to write down your results!
2. In the discussion, share what you learned about your memory. Start your discussion post by sharing how you performed. Did you get most of the words right, or not? Did you notice other details, or did you miss them? What did you learn about your memory from this experience?
