The paper should present an overview or summary of the argument being made by the article’s author and then an evaluation of the argument. In evaluating the argument, your analysis should include the significance of the argument – does it apply to all leaders or only to certain individuals or situations? What is your interpretation of the argument? How does the argument relate to the material we have covered in this class? Can you use the argument to help you be a better leader?
