Social Safety Net

In this essay we will examine social programs or lack thereof within the US along with two other countries/areas that have fundamentally different practices.

1. Pick one major social programs (education, healthcare, housing, or other) provided to citizens. Perhaps one where you believe we are doing quite well as a nation or one that maybe could use improvement.
2. Next pick two other countries and examine their systems as relates to what you examined in the US. Be sure to pick countries that are quite different than the US. Articulate each system as best you can, trying to perceive why the system is set up as such. What are some strengths? What are some weaknesses?
