Employee empowerment expresses how the employees independently make decisions without the influence of their managers or the supervisors. Empowerment increases the employees ability to be competitive and full of confidence in their daily work and also understand shortcomings of the business and how their role can lead to the successes of the business. The aim of empowerment to an employee is to motivate the employee to increase productivity and general performance of the company.
