Embracing the human element this is coined in the belief that every change process in the human resource department involves people and the issues affecting them as workers. The other part of the plan will involve starting change communication from the top managers of the department to ensure that the information trickles vertically downwards to the employees at the bottom. For change process to be effective the leaders must be ready to embrace it and thus influences the staffs under them. In this regard, a change coordination and implementation committee is formed to ensure all the stratums of the department participate. The committee has an important role of formulating the change strategy and set the desired objectives for the change process.
