Introduction
An antipsychotic is demonstrated as psychiatric treatment which is used to coordinate psychosis mainly in bipolar and schizophrenia disorders. The first generation of antipsychotics was exposed in 1950s where it was depicted as typical antipsychotics. However, there was developed other drugs named as atypical antipsychotics and being applied in the treatment of similar ailment. Unfortunately, clozapine and antipsychotic were seemed harmful since they blocked dopamine pathways of brain receptors. Apparently antipsychotic has showed effectiveness in restoring health status of ill people in spite of it is backed with immense side effects (Chintoh, 2008).
