Develop a lecture on workplace motivation suitable for delivery to undergraduate business majors. In your lecture, you are required to include information about contemporary motivation theories and show how they apply to the workplace. Prepare your lecture as a PowerPoint presentation with audio, voice-over.

Address the following issues in your presentation:

• Describe key elements of three contemporary theories of work motivation.
• Note the strengths and weaknesses of each theory.
• Provide examples of how these theories can be applied to the workplace.
• Locate and describe at least one (peer-reviewed) research study conducted on each theory within the last 10 years.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

References: Support your presentation with at least five scholarly articles published in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate title and reference slide)

Speaker Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide
