I’m stuck on a Law question and need an explanation.

Create a 525- to 700-word matrix in which you:

• Describe the prisons (including security levels) where each of the following individuals were incarcerated
• Describe the problems associated with the prisons used to incarcerate each of these individuals. Note this might be challenging but consider these are all high-profile offenders whose mere presence in the prison caused at least some problems. Other problems include the public image of the prison. Many, for example, found/find that some of these prisons were too relaxed while others found/find some of these prisons were too harsh. The operation and upkeep of some of these facilities may have also been problematic.
