This is an exercise in comparing three philosophical schools on a single topic, and developing your own response to the issue at hand.
The topic is : the existence/non-existence of the Atman
The three schools you will need to discuss are: the Carvaka-darshana, early Indian Buddhism, and the various post-Shramanic Astika texts (Upanishads, Nyayasutra, and the Bhagavad Gita).
