This module you read about the importance of assessing sexual health problems in males and females. For this week’s assignment, you will be practicing your assessment skills, or at least getting comfortable with asking about client’s sexuality. For this assignment, you will find one volunteer “client” and conduct a sexuality interview. The specific guidelines and prompts for this interview can be found in your Murray, Pope, Willis (2017) text on page 37 (Exercise 2.1: Sexuality Interview). For confidentiality purposes, do not include the real name of you client, please use an alias or initials. You do not have to include specific answers to the interview, but discuss 1) What you learned through this activity and 2) How this interview connects to your thoughts about your work with clients in counseling. Be sure to include other factors such as your feelings before the interview, after the interview, what would you have done differently, and any other thought/emotions that you experienced. Your assignment should be 3 pages in APA format and should include a title page. No references are needed for this assignment.
