1) Describe 3 changes that you have witnessed in yourself since practicing Yoga this semester. You may describe physical changes in strength or flexibility, changes in sleeping or eating habits, changes in mood, stress levels, or in your outlook on life. Please describe the changes generally and give specific examples of how you became aware of this change. (For example, you may see a huge difference in a specific pose we have done. You may have reacted differently than usual in an emotionally charged situation. You may have found that you bounce back more quickly from a physical or emotional wound.) Please be as specific as possible without getting more personal than is comfortable for you. The purpose of this exercise is to take note of any advancements you have made in your practice thus far, so you can evaluate the benefit of your personal practice.
