Andréa Yates was put on trial for the murder of her five children namely, Noah seven-years old, five years-old John, three-years old Paul, two-years old Luke and six months old Mary. During her arrest, she pleaded that she was not guilty of the murders of her children. This case has been one of the most publicised cases in the history of the legal system of the United States.
