Now, look through online sources to locate a specific economic policy in effect that relate to US economic interests along the lines of MORTGAGE RATES.
Then analyze it using policy framework. Consider effectiveness, efficiency, ethics, equity, political feasibility, social/cultural feasibility, etc.
