I’m trying to learn for my English class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

the two essays in Chapter 15 of Elements of Argument, “Rating Your Professors,” ( i provided them below)raise some important issues related to student evaluation of teachers. You may have had an opportunity to participate in such evaluations in some of your classes at College, but these are, of course, not the only (or even the primary) way that students evaluate their teachers. Many of you may have, no doubt, gone online to read how students rank their former professors or maybe you have even submitted an online evaluation yourself.

What has been your experience with online teacher ratings? Have you used them? How have you used them? Have you found them to be helpful? Accurate? Why or why not? If you haven’t used them, why haven’t you, especially considering how widespread their use is nowadays? How effective a method of selecting a teacher or a course is this? What are its benefits? What are its disadvantages?
