What is the relationship between Contract Law and Public Policy? Do you think law makers are required to regulate contracts so that we do not enter into contracts contrary to a certain set of morals or values? Is it patriarchal to regulate contracts? Should certain areas of contracting be regulated such as mail order brides, the selling of organs, prostitution? Why is it difficult for Courts to distinguish between these types of contracts as being illegal or a violation of public policy?
